How Tarseel works.
A basket becomes one order per authorised distributor. Each order moves through the same stages, and anything that slips is flagged.
Every order follows one path.
Every change is recorded with who made it and when, and history is never edited. If the shop doesn't respond within 48 hours of delivery, the order is acknowledged automatically.
The territory rule.
Each brand has one authorised distributor per zone. A basket splits along those lines. If a brand has no distributor in the shop's zone, the item is held and shown to the shop as unavailable. It is never rerouted, and nobody can reassign an order to another distributor.
When a distributor can't supply.
The distributor marks the line unavailable at acceptance, with a reason. The shop is told straight away, the order value and commission are recalculated on what was accepted, and the shortfall counts against the distributor's fill rate.
What Tarseel does.
- Splits baskets by territory and computes delivery dates.
- Tracks every order and flags the ones that slip.
- Guarantees on-time delivery to the shop.
- Gives brands live visibility and performance data.
What Tarseel never does.
- Hold goods, run trucks or warehouses.
- Touch the money between a shop and its distributor.
- Move an order to a different distributor.
- Show one brand's data to another.
